Session Summary
Too often operators take a "Waiting on Superman" approach to staff development, hoping their next big hire will be the employee they've been waiting for to solve all of their problems. In this session, attendees will learn that the effective path to solving problems in our centers begins and ends with the staff we already have. This session will explore each step in the team building process required to take centers to heights never before seen.

About the Presenter
Ryan Carlson is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for SR Companies. Over the last 16 years, Ryan has served as an Executive Director, Divisional and Regional Director, as well as in various Vice President roles. Ryan has extensive experience in hiring, staffing, retention, and achieving cultural alignment at the community and organizational levels.
