Dr. Antun has nearly three decades of experience as a physician executive and clinical operations leader in local and national managed care companies and provider organizations. Prior to ILS, she served as Chief Clinical Officer at CareMax, where she led quality improvement, clinical pharmacy performance, and practice integration. During her employment with Humana, she was the clinical leader in the national strategy to engage primary care practices and build a culture of value-based care.

Thomas holds a Master?s degree in Social Work from The University of Akron and brings extensive expertise in integrating advance care planning and hospice services to support person-centered care in skilled nursing facilities.
