Session 33 | AI-Forward Strategies to Staff Smarter in Long-Term Care

Day: Tuesday, July 28
Time: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Type/Topic: Leadership/Workforce

Session Summary

As the U.S. population continues to age, demand for post-acute care is surging. According to a Precedence Research study, the post-acute care market is expected to grow 55% by 2034, which presents both big opportunities and big challenges for long-term care providers. On one hand, providers are presented with an opportunity to grow their businesses as they strive to meet this demand. On the other, the long-term care industry already grapples with staffing shortages, high turnover rates, and significant compliance requirements in regards to staffing. Smarter staffing will be crucial to meeting increasing demand in the face of ongoing labor shortages. By adopting innovative, AI-forward hiring and scheduling strategies and leveraging intelligent data insights, providers will be best-equipped to meet tomorrow's staffing challenges. During this session, attendees will learn innovative strategies and best practices to find the right candidates faster by leveraging AI tools, reduce hiring time by weeks and streamline staffing processes to keep candidates.
