As the U.S. population continues to age, demand for post-acute care is surging. According to a Precedence Research study, the post-acute care market is expected to grow 55% by 2034, which presents both big opportunities and big challenges for long-term care providers. On one hand, providers are presented with an opportunity to grow their businesses as they strive to meet this demand. On the other, the long-term care industry already grapples with staffing shortages, high turnover rates, and significant compliance requirements in regards to staffing.
