This session will offer practical and effective strategies to use CoreQ survey data within their care settings on a daily basis. Attendees will be guided through real-world examples of how providers have developed action plans based on CoreQ data to enhance center reputation and address areas for improvement. The presenters will also provide insights into how CoreQ surveys can drive quality advancement and improve financial performance in skilled nursing centers.

About the Presenter
John Vander Meer has over 20 years of experience across media, government, association leadership, and health care. He served as President and CEO of the Wisconsin Health Care Association and held communications and policy roles in government. He’s also worked in business development for a multi-state senior care provider. Since 2022, he’s been with Carefeed, now serving as Director of Regulatory Affairs, helping providers address compliance challenges. He holds degrees from Calvin University and a Master's in Public Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
