About the Presenter
Christy is a Senior Manager with Forvis Mazars and has over 20 years of experience in accounts receivable management specific to post-acute healthcare. Christy's broad, industry-specific knowledge includes billing process implementation and management, accounts receivable write-off controls, policy compliance, business office training, and subject matter knowledge of multiple third-party payer sources including traditional Medicare, Medicare Advantage Programs, Medicaid, and managed care organizations. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, Christy held multiple positions within the industry related to accounts receivable process management and improvement for, including Regional Accounts Receivable Manager for a large regional skilled nursing facility chain.

About the Presenter
Juli joined Forvis Mazars in 2004. As a member of Forvis Mazars National Healthcare Group, she provides an array of audit and consulting services to long-term care organizations, continuing care retirement communities and assisted living facilities. She leads our Senior Living and Long Term Care industry team. Her experience includes serving as an engagement executive on senior living attest engagements and audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards and Single Audit requirements. In addition, she assists senior living providers with strategic planning, preparation of operating budgets, Medicare and Medicaid cost report preparation and review and development of strategies to enhance reimbursement and improve operating efficiencies and profitability. Juli also is responsible for overseeing the preparation of monthly financial statements and other accounting outsourcing services provided to senior living providers. Juli is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Missouri Society of CPAs. Juli is a 2004 summa cum laude graduate of Drury University, Springfield, Missouri, with a B.A. degree in accounting and business administration.
