Session 18 | Lettuce Turnip the Beet: Elevated Plant-Forward Dining for the Assisted Living Facility Communities
Day: Monday, July 26 Time: 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Type/Topic: Assisted Living
Plant-forward dining is here to stay. Baby Boomers are more focused on healthy eating than ever before, and plant-based cuisines are a big part of that pattern. Assisted living facility communities can honor the preferences of current residents while attracting future clientele with an elevated, plant-based dining offer, all while crafting stories of responsible sourcing, spending and environmental impact.
