Get your Tie Dye on and "Get Ready" for a "Groovin" hour of funk and fun. Put on your QAPI crown, as by the end of this session, you can be the QAPI Queen (or King) for your center! Learn the steps and see new tools to help you identify areas for improvement and Root Cause Analysis that "Bridge Over Troubled Waters." QAPI doesn't have to be "A Long and Winding Road," so "Get Ready" and "Don't Stop til You Get Enough" Data. "Lean on me" for these simple steps for improved surveys, QMs, and Star ratings and help streamline your Quality award applications because... "WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS."

Experienced NHA to include Regional Positions and licensure in 4 states. Successful Preceptor for 7 AITs. Successful Survey management and improved Star ratings using comprehensive QAPI programming. Prior experience includes Music Therapy, Activities, Social Services, Admissions, AP and Payroll. Facility AHCA Bronze Award Winner and Past ACHCA Facility Leadership Award Winner. Six Sigma Yellow belt and currently pursuing CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality).
