Session Summary
As a new leader in the long term care environment, the overwhelming responsibility of ensuring each department maintains compliance, operates with the highest level of customer service and ensures quality care is delivered timely can be very daunting and overwhelming. This session is designed to offer strategies for structure, help pinpoint areas of the business that are out of compliance while improving quality of care for residents and their families.

Chanel specializes in process improvement and bridging gaps between staff, management, residents, and their families.
