Session 15 | Leading Beyond the Horizon: The New Hollywood of Leadership in Healthcare

Day: Monday, July 27
Time: 12:15 to 1:15 p.m.
Type/Topic: Leadership/Workforce

Session Summary

This session reframes today's healthcare leadership challenges as a Hollywood production, where leaders direct an evolving and unpredictable environment rather than simply manage operations. Using this lens, attendees will explore the multifaceted roles leaders play, from director to scriptwriter, and how to lead strategically in an AI-enabled healthcare setting. The session will focus on integrating responsible AI while preserving human connection and adapting leadership styles to work with technology as a collaborative copilot, strengthening communication, influence, and team development.
