She has a proven ability to enhance Skilled Nursing Facility operations, through leadership development, employee retention, and strong organizational systems. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Chanel proudly leads the team at Aviata at Kissimmee Gardens, where she has achieved a remarkable two-plus years with zero complaint surveys. Chanel specializes in process improvement and bridging communication gaps among staff, management, residents, and their families. She excels in employee training and development, prioritizing resident-centered care, and proactive problem-solving. Her collaborative nature and strong critical thinking skills enable her to lead with confidence.

David J. Rivera is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing who has been serving the healthcare community since 2009. With over 16 years of clinical and leadership experience, David has developed a strong skill set and a proven record of success in long-term care and clinical operations. His professional passion centers on the elderly population, where he is deeply committed to improving quality of care, promoting well-being, and fostering stable, high-performing care environments. In recognition of his dedication and impact, David was honored by the Florida Health Care Association as Registered Nurse of the Year. In 2023, while serving as Director of Clinical Services, he led his facility to achieve the prestigious Gold Seal Award, an honor that recognizes organizations that provide excellent care, promote operational stability, and enhance resident outcomes. David previously served as Director of Clinical Services at Aspire at Kissimmee Gardens, where his vision focused on achieving a 5-star rating in quality measures, strengthening clinical systems, and developing future oriented healthcare leadership. Alongside his organizational goals, he maintains a personal aspiration to build and grow a business within the healthcare industry. Currently, David serves as a Regional Nurse Consultant for Aviata Health Group, where he supports facilities through clinical oversight, regulatory guidance, quality improvement initiatives, and staff education. Outside of his professional life, David has a passion for nature and sports, which reflect his balanced approach to personal wellness and professional excellence.
