About the Presenter
Stefan Grow is the former general counsel to Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration where he served under both Governors Scott and DeSantis. Stefan serves as an advisor to health care providers on a wide range of complex health care matters, counseling clients on such matters as state regulation and oversight, Medicaid program issues, transactions, rate setting and reimbursement issues and contracting. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Stefan drafted or consulted on nearly every emergency order and executive order issued by the state affecting health care centers.
