Session Summary
Evidence-based fall prevention interventions are effective at decreasing falls and fall-related injuries among older adults. This session will review the evidence of various fall prevention systems implemented through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), American Nurses Association (ANA) and Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). Specific examples of innovative evidence-based fall prevention strategies will be discussed.Presenters
