About the Presenter
Robin Sweeney, RN is a Clinical Reimbursement Associate at Celtic Consulting. With over 15 years of experience in long-term care, Robin brings a deep understanding of clinical reimbursement, billing documentation, and managing ADR denials. She has also held leadership roles as a Director of Nursing and earned her Legal Nurse Consulting (LNC) certificate, giving her strong insight into both care and compliance. Before joining our team, Robin served as Director of Clinical Reimbursement for two large multi-state operators, supporting more than 70 skilled nursing facilities. She played a key role in rolling out PDPM, led corporate IDT meetings, and helped streamline denial management and triple check processes. Robin is known for her collaborative, solutions-first approach. She focuses on improving outcomes for both residents and providers. She holds advanced certifications in Resident Assessment (RAC-CT, RAC-CTA) and Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QCP), and she is always ready to roll up her sleeves and help teams succeed.
