About the Presenter
Hannah Jacobs, CTRS, CDP, CADDCT, has 10 years of experience in long term and dementia care. Throughout her career as a Recreational Therapist, she has worked in Memory Care, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), and assisted living facilities (ALF). Hannah has served as a guest lecturer, speaker, and trainer for Activities Directors, and currently serves as the Director of Life Enrichment and Employee Culture at Aston Health.
