Session Summary

Everyone experiences challenges at times throughout their life. However, resilient people look at obstacles and setbacks differently. In this inspiring SOARING Into Resilience workshop, attendees will learn how passion and perseverance for difficult long term goals is a proven pathway to increase confidence and bolster strength, inspiring new insights and tools. Attendees will discover best practices based on the science of Positive Psychology and Positive Aging. This workshop features easy-to-implement immersive, empirically-based exercises on resilience and post-traumatic growth (PTG). In this way, participants can fortify themselves and deliver exceptional service for the residents they serve and the teams they lead.
