Session Summary
During the COVID-19 pandemic, providers acted to maintain communication with family members. Due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, regulatory changes and ongoing staffing challenges, providers have been asked again and again to do more with less. In the case of communication, studies have shown that more is better. Participants will learn how to leverage technology to efficiently engage in more frequent and positive communications with families and key stakeholders to improve satisfaction and positive perception of their communities.Presenters
