Bradley Clousing is a commercial real estate broker with extensive experience in the senior housing sector. Bradley is one of the leading brokers at Senior Living Investment Brokerage, Inc. (“Senior Living”) based in the Glen Ellyn, IL office. He has successfully handled the sales of skilled nursing, CCRC, assisted living, independent living, and home health care companies across the United States. Bradley has worked at Senior Living since 2006 and has facilitated the sale of over $1.6 billion in seniors housing assets over 130 separate transactions.

About the Presenter
Kelley Rice-Schild has worked in long term care for 35 years as an owner and nursing home administrator. Kelley served as Florida Health Care Association President 2002-2004 and served on the American Health Care Board of Governors for two terms. In 2014 Kelley sold her 90 bed skilled nursing center in Miami, Florida. In 2010, she opened Partner Care Pharmacy to serve her center and other clients, with an emphasis on personal service and reasonable prices. Since selling her center, she has focused on trends in long term care, leadership and pharmacy issues such as reduction of anti-psychotics and antibiotic stewardship.
