While traditional measures are still appropriate for anticipated situations, we face a time in which previously unknown threats could be upon our doorsteps at any time. Participants will learn from a panel of experts ways in which the profession is rising to the challenge of meeting these new emergencies head-on.

About the Presenter
Michael Dragone has enjoyed over 35 years of culinary and dining experiences working within the foodservice and group purchasing organizations industries. For the last fifteen years, he’s been focused on the full spectrum of senior Living. Michael has vast experience in driving value throughout the supply chain within health care, office refreshment, golf and ski, remote sites, and hospitality channels. His culinary and procurement expertise brings a unique skillset to the clients Michael has served. Before joining Incite Strategic Partners, LLC, Michael formed Engage Foodservice Advisors in 2018 where he provided consulting services to both foodservice operators as well as manufacturers and brokers. Michael lives in Boston where he earned his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts.
