Topics covered will include the first day you walk into your center, survey concerns, family meetings, COVID-19 in the long term care center and more.

About the Presenter
As a seasoned veteran with over 35 years within the long term care profession, Connie Bend is highly recognized for her professional work ethic and unsurpassed dedication to consistently producing successful CMS/AHCA survey results. She has managed over six facilities maintaining a superior rating and Five Star Rating along with three deficiency free surveys. Connie became a licensed administrator in 1983, and a certified preceptor for the Florida Board of Nursing Home Administrators in 1990. She has since directed six preceptorships for individuals who are now licensed nursing home administrators.
