About the Presenter
With over two decades of leadership experience in the Skilled Nursing Facility sector, I bring a unique blend of expertise in both Operations-as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator-and Human Resources, supported by a master's in Public Administration and a minor in HR. My career has included multiple HR leadership roles, culminating in my position as Chief People Officer at Gulf Coast Health Care. More recently, I've broadened my perspective through work in long-term care pharmacy, where I've seen firsthand how HR and Operations can collaborate to strengthen organizational culture and drive performance. This cross-disciplinary experience has deepened my commitment to building ethical, high-performing workplaces. Today, I've launched my own venture-The Why Factor, LLC-to share what I've learned, inspire others, and continue doing what I love: leading, motivating, and helping people grow.
