About the Presenter
Logan has been a licensed nursing home administrator for almost 15 years. In 2017, he implemented an internal program in his facility to improve family education and facility documentation. After seeing how effective it was at improving customer service, clinical compliance and repelling litigation he developed a software platform called Informed Medical. Today, this software is used in hundreds of Skilled Nursing and ALFs across the country to improve customer communications and reduce litigation in the LTC realm.
