About the Presenter
Megan represents healthcare employers, including long term care, assisted living, and home health operations, among others, with both litigation and counseling needs. Her day-to-day work includes defending employers against claims such as discrimination, denial of leave, wage and hour violations, or restrictive covenant disputes, both at the administrative level and in court. She also counsels employers on how to reduce their litigation risk, presents training on employment law compliance, and assists with drafting policies and contracts.
