FHCA encourages participants to book online due to extended wait times that may happen when calling into the Rosen Shingle Creek.
If you need to call the hotel to make your reservation, please call 1-866-996-6338 and let them know you are with FHCA, but please be aware that there could be a longer than normal wait time before a reservationist can assist you. However, suite requests must be made by calling in and cannot be made online.
Wednesday, July 12, is the deadline to receive the FHCA Conference negotiated rates. Rooms will sell out quickly so attendees are encouraged to book their rooms as soon as possible.
Room Types Available In FHCA Room Block
Reservation includes complimentary parking
- Regular Room Single/Double: $159 + taxes and fees
- One-bedroom Executive Suites: $275 + taxes and fees (limited availability and must be reserved by calling in)
All reservations are required to be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Please be advised that five days prior to your arrival, an authorization equivalent to a one night’s room and tax charge will be processed on your card. Authorizations on a debit card will place a hold on funds within your bank account at the time of authorization.
Cancellation of room reservation is required by 4 p.m. at least 5 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax.
If you are reserving more than 9 rooms at one time and with one method of payment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so you can book your rooms within the FHCA block. The Rosen Shingle Creek reservation system (online or by phone) will only book up to 9 rooms at one time.
Why Choose the Conference Hotel
We encourage all attendees and their families to stay at the Annual Conference host hotel for a better experience and to help keep registration rates low. Below are some of the reasons:
LOCATION: Walk from your room directly to Conference events so you don’t miss anything; take quick trips to your room for breaks between sessions.
SAVE MONEY NOW: You may find a lower rate at comparable hotels; however, most will not include parking, resort and additional fees that are included or greatly reduced with the Conference host hotel. Internet booking providers also tend to have restrictions and penalties that can be avoided when booking directly through FHCA's room block.
SAVE MONEY IN THE FUTURE: By satisfying the Conference room block requirements, FHCA shows prospective hotels that we can fill rooms. This allows us to negotiate lower room rates, meeting room rental, and food and beverage prices, resulting in savings for Conference attendees.
NETWORKING IS OPTIMIZED: There are multiple networking opportunities at Conference events, but the hotel’s restaurants, lounges and pool will also be packed with attendees before and after events.
