Become a member for only $650 and the discounts you earn on fees will cover the cost of your membership! Member dues can be paid with your booth registration on the exhibitor contract.
Exhibiting companies must request and obtain name badges for distribution only to the exhibiting company’s employees who will staff their booth during show hours. Name badges will include the employee's name and the exhibiting company.
Exhibitor Name Badge Registration will open in the spring of 2026. All name badge registration must be made through the FHCA member portal. Click here for step-by-step instructions on how to submit your representative names.
Exhibitor Badge Policy: Please note that only current employees of the exhibiting company may acquire a badge! All employees of an exhibiting company must be prepared during show hours to show proof of employment with a business card if their employment is brought into question. The failure of an employee to demonstrate proof of employment with a business card will result in confiscation of the unauthorized name badge and immediate escorting of the nonemployee individual off of the trade show floor. In addition, should it be discovered that a nonemployee of an exhibiting company is wearing a name badge or that the exhibiting company obtained a name badge for a nonemployee or participated in a scheme to obtain a name badge for a nonemployee, the exhibiting company will be prohibited from exhibiting at the following year’s FHCA Annual Conference Trade Show.
All additional services can be arranged through FHCA's Trade Show Decorator, AGS Expo Services. Their service kit has links to order forms for power, a/v, internet, rigging, power, water and much more under their 'Additional Show Services' menu.
All advance shipments must be arranged through our Trade Show Decorator. They will store and deliver your items directly to your designated booth. Instructions will be found in the Exhibitor Toolkit.

When the room block opens in April 2026, all confirmed exhibitors and sponsors will be directly emailed reservation information. Be on the lookout for more information about this process. If you have questions, please contact Jenny Early with FHCA. FHCA does not guarantee room availability as rooms will be reserved on a first come first served basis.
