Advanced Registration Deadline: Advanced registrations must be received by July 10. After that date, registrations must be made onsite and will be assessed an additional $50 in each category.

Please allow up to six (6) weeks, from the date of request, for all refunds to be issued.

No Shows: Refunds will not be issued to participants who do not attend the Conference and did not cancel their registration prior to Conference unless their attendance was affected by COVID-19, facility survey or other family or business emergency. We ask that no-show requests for registrations be submitted in writing as soon as a decision has been made to eventsupport@fhca.org. Please allow up to six (6) weeks, from the date of request, for all refunds to be issued.

Force Majeure Policy: FHCA conferences will be cancelled due to inclement weather or other acts of God (including, but not limited to, flood, fire, or natural disaster) only if the venue and/or location of the event is closed or provides notice to FHCA of its inability to hold the event, or if the local government declares an emergency status is in effect for the location of the event. If an FHCA conference is cancelled due to inclement weather or other acts of God as set forth herein, every attempt will be made to reschedule the event and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled event date. COVID-19 Policy/Guidelines: FHCA continues to monitor policy and procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic. The safety and well-being of our members, including facility and corporate employees, speakers, Conference guests, sponsors and exhibitors is our top priority. We are collaborating with health care experts and the Rosen Shingle Creek to implement best practices aimed at managing the spread of the COVID-19 virus and following guidelines from the Florida Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control (CDC). FHCA has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus; however, FHCA, under no circumstances, is able to guarantee that you or a guest will not become infected with the virus while at the 2021 Annual Conference & Trade Show. Adherence to the FHCA event policy and guidelines will be continuously monitored and enforced by the association and hotel. As state and federal guidelines change, so will the FHCA Event Safety policy.

Despite safety precautions at Conference by FHCA and the Rosen Shingle Creek, attendees should acknowledge that there is a risk of contracting the COVID-19 virus and that FHCA cannot prevent and is not responsible for such risk of infection to any person who chooses to attend meetings/conferences. FHCA requests that anyone who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have recently been exposed to a COVID-positive individual to stay home and avoid the risk of infection to others. I acknowledge and agree to all of the health and safety information outlined as a Conference participant. By registering and attending the FHCA Event, participants affirm the information below.

COVID-19 Affirmation: By registering and attending the FHCA Annual Conference & Trade Show, you attest that:

  • I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/COVID-19 and not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities.
